Our current selection of beans includes Ecuadoran, which is not only our staple but also a testament to our deep-rooted love for its flavour and our trusted supplier. We also proudly offer Wild Bolivian, Nicaraguan, Mexican (try our Mexican Milk bars!), and Vietnamese beans. We cherish the unique qualities of each origin and are open to your input to keep your favourites in rotation.

Every single bean is meticulously sorted by hand and roasted in small batches to unlock the full flavour profiles. We patiently refine our chocolates for up to 72 hours, achieving that silky-smooth texture that lets the natural essence of each bean shine. We use only pure prime-pressed Ecuadorian cocoa butter, never compromising with fillers or preservatives—just the goodness of essential ingredients.
