Our Story

Rebekah, the creative heart of Eleventeen Cocoa Beans, transforms carefully fermented cacao into exquisite, flavour-packed chocolate. In the kitchen, she crafts each bar like a work of art, while Jim handles packaging, deliveries, and sharing our creations with the community.

We’re committed to quality and ethical sourcing, working with cacao farmers worldwide. Our beans — from Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Mexico (try our Mexican Milk!), and Vietnam — are hand-sorted, small-batch roasted, and refined for up to 72 hours for a silky-smooth finish. We use only pure, prime-pressed Ecuadorian cocoa butter — no fillers, no preservatives.

Beyond chocolate, we love collaborating with local businesses and creating unique, one-of-a-kind experiences. Our dedication has earned us the PLATINUM Best Chocolate Shop Award in Lethbridge for three years running, but our focus remains on crafting memorable, handcrafted chocolates that bring joy to every bite.
